To the maximum extent permitted under Kenyan law, Korvenix's liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session.
6.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
